Nissan Dealer confirmed No More Titans, but!!!!!!

I have a friend that works for Nissan. His info concerning, turn of events are mostly spot on. I was speaking with him today and he confirmed a rumor I had heard that Nissan will stop building the Titan, Next year. This kind of confirms the rumor mill I have been hearing, But, Nissan will still offer the Titan after the builds stop, Get this, and this is wierd. The will offer the Titans which will be rebadged Dodge Ram with the Nissan and Titan labels. Guess it's additional revenue for Dodge, if this really turns out to be true. Anyone else heard anything about this?

They've already stopped selling the Titan! Check out (1) their sales for the past 2 years and (2) think about why they'll stop building the Titan (because it costs them more to make it than they can profit from selling it).

my brother has a Titan that he uses just as a work truck on our jobsites. (he's a sports car/track car kinda guy, has some neat projects going)

Anywho, when we were de-badging it, we re-arranged the chrome letters to spell "Taint"
