I just received my nGauge in the mail yesterday, and see that it has a firmware version of 274. When I checked around, the latest version that I see is 262. I tried to roll back to 262 by just removing the newer firmware file and adding the older one, but the unit did not allow me to load an older file on startup. I replaced version 274 on the unit and all back to normal.
Does anyone else run this firmware, or is everyone still running 262?
I started looking into this because I am having issues with my gauge display. I get a BUS connection failure and my nGauge display tells me to remove anything else on the ODB port (there is nothing else plugged into it right now). I am getting this error frequently enough that it is a problem. Has anyone else had this issue? FWIW I have not figured out any specific condition that triggers the error, it just happens almost every time I drive the truck.
