newborn and raptor, any thoughts?

We have two kiddos and I used the builtright rear seat release adapter all the time when adding/removing car seat due to how the top connector connects.

I have a 4 year old w/ a newborn due 11-24-19....also have 80 lb dobie that rolls me w/ most of the time, can anyone confirm if they're able to run 2 car seats using the "60%" rear drivers side seat + middle seat for the car seats while simultaneously leaving passenger rear seat folded up?

Plan is to ride like this & have rectangular mat running front to back for the dog - wife is only 5'1 & I'm 5'8 so we luckily the dog gets plenty of "leg room" making enough room for her w/ just the single seat up, not as spacious as how shes had it the last 4+ years in my trucks, but better than the alternative (home alone) lol!
