New here from Bullard Texas and am so glad I found this forum/site. Been contemblating getting a Raptor. You guys have helped make that decision a lot easier. Been looking at all the brands and models out there and the Raptor is absolutely the only one that makes me go 'HELL YES!' I can't wait to get one.Jacked up fuel mileage and all. Still on the fence about SCAB & SCREW and 800 & 801 but leaning hard towards Scab and 801A. It'll be Terrain.
First question. Do the factory skids suck? I see a lot of aftermarket ones.

Welcome to FRF!

Factory skids are great until you decide to really push your truck offroad. If that's your plan I suggest an upgrade. TMX makes a great bolt on skid plate that works with the factory bumper.

SCabs are faster, lighter, stronger FTW! Didn't get a scratch on my TMX skid at this year's hard charging Texas Raptor Run - it has a much better approach angle. Welcome & Good Luck!

Welcome

Terrain is great. Skid plate works well, I had mine line x'd

TRR took its toll but it is 99% intact.
