I really like using every drop of usuable space I can find, so it was time to make use of the back of my retrax canister.

I saw these as Cabelas so I got a set. $6

I think if I was zombie hunting I would have all the guns in the cab with me :p

thats why i got the moon roof,an a screw can fire safely from the cab with being exposed to much:lol2:......an if you pull the back seats up you can sleep on the floor you could basicaly live in the cab

I want to do a similar mod but mount the gun to the bottom of the rear seat. I can't figure out how to attach the quick fist to the seat yet...There doesn't seem to be much in the way of solid attachment points under there, and I really don't want to start poking holes in the fabric looking. Anyone looked at attaching anything to the underside of the rear seat?

Not sure its possible.

The quick fists attaches by either a screw/bolt or a hose clamp. No real mounting points on the underside of the rear bench.

I think you could find a way. Remove the bench, undo a few hog rings and pull back the cover and foam, maybe slip some flat stock in there drill a few holes and use sopme quality bolts sandwiching the mounts in between the bottom of the seat (plastic/carpet) and the flat bar stock. Then re-assemble the seat.
