What do you guy recommend for fluids? Trans, diff, transfer, and oil? And specific brands to stay away from? I’d like to change all the fluids due to the fact I have no idea when it was last done.

Congrats and welcome. I'm not too familiar with the fluids but check out the search function. You may be able to find exactly what you're looking for.

Nice truck and welcome!! Jumped right into one of the most opinionated topics...nice...LOL Most oils that meet Ford's rating requirements are fine. Personally I don't go more than 5k between engine oil changes no matter what. As far as all the different oils I go with Motorcraft but option for the full synthetic. I haven't done tranny, transfer, diff, etc, etc yet but when I do I plan to use Ford's recommended oil. I do plan to have all the fluids except engine changed at 30k intervals including transmission. For the transmission I only want them to drop the pan and drain/replace the oil/filter rather than the purge which can plug internal valves. Oil change interval is way more important than the brand of oil as long as the oil you use meets Ford's specs.

Sweet looking Raptor and welcome to FRF!
For a Tonneau Cover, I have the Bak Flip MX4 and I'm really happy with it. Very secure and does a pretty good job of keeping moisture out. Look around and you can pick one up for around $700 shipped. MHO :)
