New to me 2020 Raptor in Lead Foot! I wanted a Lead Foot 2018, then sold myself into the refreshed features on the 2019 which didn't have Lead Foot as a color, and it just so happened that a 2020 truck with higher miles than I wanted hit the market and in 2020 they brought Lead Foot back. Decided the extra 8,000 miles or so was worth it to pull the trigger on a newer model year truck in my color.

As I understand there were dozens of people after this particular truck and I just happened to get there first since I was refreshing my searches manually every hour of every day for weeks. It has every option I wanted except the Recaro blue interior but had to concede on that one.

1,000 mile drive home and I already love this thing. I come from luxury sport sedans and this is my first truck. Doubt it will be the last. It turns out I just like things that are badass and the Raptor is definitely on that list. Now it just sucks that gas prices are likely to eclipse $4-5/gallon but it is what it is. Had to pay to play with sport sedans as well (read: maintenance).

Thanks to all who answered my previous questions as I was searching and going through the process.

Now I just need to find some sweet jumps!

Congrats on a sweet truck and welcome aboard. Actually when driven “normal” and not pushing them, these trucks get good mileage and overall range.

Enjoy that new beast.

hey, as far as oil / gas prices, count your blessings. Olde country Rap owners are paying 2-3 times our fuel costs.
