New tires/ sounds like birds

Hi everyone, I just knew tires, and they just started sounding like birds chirping. First I thought I ran over a bird or something any idea what it can be?

lol there was a pigeon in there. Jk . Went back to the shop who installed rpg perch collars and they just needed to retighten the one collars and it’s been a week and no more sound
