New - recent resident in AR from CA

I just bought a 2014 black Raptor (sans grafics) with 11k miles and lots of options - I'm pretty excited. One beast of a truck...

I hope to learn from you folks - I've had jeeps but never a truck - or anything this capable off-road. This will be the hunting & camping sled, the tow vehicle to get my sportbike to the track, and the winter commuter that gets me to work.

Good morning and thanks for the welcomes - I'm in NWA. Added a pic, I'm looking at fog light kits and a retractable cover for the bed. Not sure about the beed-lock ring; I'll likely replace it with the functional version at some point.

Welcome to FRF. That's a nice shiny Raptor you got there!

I have to admit I didn't like the factory bead-locks when I first saw them. Over time I liked them more and more and just recently bought some SE wheels. They totally changed the way my truck looks and I am glad I did so.

Hit up @RSiWORKS if you do want to change out the beauty rings for the Ford Racing real bead locks. Do know that there is a bit of maintenance with them and they are not technically street legal. There are threads on FRF discussing theses two topics.

There are some trails in Arkansas that we ran last summer. Fun trails but a bit tight. Look up the Arkansas Raptor Diamond Dash.

The local guys in Arkansas get together every now and then.
