A small update.

So I think that 2020 800a base is a smoking deal at 49k.

BUT

I had the choice of that or a 17 802a with every option for $47,500 with 29,800 miles on it from a private seller. supercab, because I don't need 4 doors and have no hope of fitting a super crew in the garage

flying to the east coast to check out and pick that up here on mon.

I think either deal is great, just decided to go with a couple more years and miles for all the options. The fact that ford has the balls to sell a 50k+ truck without push button start is amazing in itself.
