New raptor owner

Hey guys just purchased a 2010 raptor, has a 5.4 and the luxury package. Its on 35 open country's and also came with a flow master exhaust that sounds great, it has an exit on each side of the truck, looks really good. I was just wondering what's the most worthwhile mod for the 5.4? I don't want to get too in depth with this truck, I got it to be a reliable vehicle that I can leave stock...ish.... While I mess with my project. Just wondering what you guys think is the most beneficial thing to do to the truck. I was thinking mabey a k&n but I know all motors are different, certain things effect them in different ways. Thanks for the help guys!

Mid Perch If it's not already done. Not too familiar with 5.4's but I'm sure you would have no problems finding a tuner and intake for it. A good quality canned tuner should wake her up

Audio & sound deadening was my first priority. Then went with suspension mods (work still in progress). Fair warning; the upgrade bug is very contagious with the side effect of wallet deprivation!

Welcome, nice truck indeed, so many mods to do!! Cheapest, is mid perch, and tuners as others have mentioned. Maybe some graphics if you are into those!

1. Aftermarket leaf spring upgrade - Deaver or WSI. Really helps with the smooth ride
2. Bump stop / frame protection - extra frame protection for the 2010
3. Tuner - either 5* or SVC - will feel the best performance for the 5.4L over an intake

If you're going to use it for what it was intended, then I'd lean on safety gear first for you and your Raptor. Frame reinforcement (cheap and easy mine was from SDHQ), extra spare, fire extinguisher, ABS Vacuum guards, shock protectors (outlaw), JLT oil catch can, ICON mid flaps and PDP mud flaps are just a few simple and relatively cheap items.
