Hey everyone, been checking out the forum after recently picking up my new-to-me Screw. Ended up test driving a R aptor on a whim and was really impressed by the driving experience. They had never really been on my radar as a vehicle to own but it was clear after a few mins of driving that these are pretty special and not just a bunch of hype. Been having a ton of fun with it sofar even though the dampers feel a little tired, looking forward getting things mechanically refreshed and ready to play in the dirt. It will probably see some daily driver duty for a while after VW buys back my tdi.

I don't really have any background in this stuff have been mostly involved with the drifting community out in Las Vegas. Looking forward to becoming a part of the community and meeting you all.

-Robert

Congrats on the new toy. I'm hoping to make the same transition down the road, from a German to American.

Keep us posted once the mod bug hits!
