New NavTv install

Installed the NavTv unit yesterday...everything went smooth, but have a issue.. I can't zoom down to street level in the map screen and the gps positioning is incorrect. ..ideas??

This is on initial start up of the vehicle , command navigation, zoom street, i get a gray screen.. If i back out to .5 on the zoom, i can see the main roads

nav tv ended up wanting to get involved, but i know this member was very busy at that time. i have never heard back from him. are you similar having issues?

This matter was resolved..not exactly sure what we did, but the unit is functioning properly. Noah could not have more helpful or profesisional in resolving this matter.
