New Raptor owner, not so new Raptor. Previously an owner of several obs fords with the ol 7.3 and one “brodozer”(squated, 24s w 35s, rock lights, etc). I recently bought a 2013 Raptor from CARMAX and I love it. I could have gotten a gen 2 but my pride won’t let me do the v6 even though it’s a superior engine. I had it for about a month, took it on a trip to Tennessee and took it back to CARMAX for them to fix the things I found wrong with it on the trip. They have had it for 3 weeks and I want it back bad! In the month I had it I put new tires (35”), put it to mid perch myself and did a lot of buffing and waxing. Carmax is replacing the lower ball joints, shackles (not the problem IMO but hey…free parts!), rear sliding window motor and whole sunroof assembly. For Christmas I got flush pods for the rear bumper, factory matched paint from LMR for the flares and bumpers, undercoat spray and new headlight lenses! I’m finding there are painfully few off roading opportunities here in central Texas but there is one off road park fairly near (more for jeeps but I’ll give it a shot) and TRR is only a couple hours away! Sorry for the long read but thanks for hanging in there!

No they are racelines. I don’t love them but they’ll do for now. They’re a matte finish and I like things that shine! I’ve been putting tire shine on them lol. I really like the bronze wheels from Baja built.

Nice truck. Hope you get it back real soon. A place in Texas where I've had some fun with my truck is the beaches at South Padre Island. Lots of sand to play on.
