Hey Y'all, New member here checking in. I'm a typical "long time lurker, first time caller" type.
Been looking at getting back into the truck game after being in the Euro scene for a long while now. (VW Corrado, 2 Audi S4's, 1 MK2 Golf Race car, VW Touareg). And the Raptors caught my eye.
Due to current circumstances I'm looking at the Gen 1's, and have found a wealth of information and knowledge thanks to this forum. In my search however, being in Alaska there is what we like to call an "Alaska Tax", so everything is jacked up a few grand. WITH that in mind I have been looking around in the states and found a truck I'm fairly interested in, but also gives me a tinge of "scam" written on it.
With that being said, I'd prefer a 3rd party inspection. Does anyone have recommendations in the Lincoln Nebraska area for that, and has anyone else gone through a similar scenario?
