After talking to a number of dealers, I think I've found my truck. I have the dealer at sticker right now and will try to do better when I show up in person tomorrow. Super excited to get this, I love driving in general and am looking forward to driving this somewhere every day.

Good luck! Hope all goes well. Hopefully you can get him down a bit more, but I'm not sure what the market is like out west.

Since moving to Colorado Springs in 2014, I’ve tried to buy three vehicles from Phil Long but they won’t deal. So I’ve purchased a 2014 Explorer Sport, 14 Screw, and 17 Screw down in Texas where I’m from. There are great people that work at Phil Long and that is where we get all of our service work done, but I cannot pay the ridiculous dealer adjusted prices here in CO.

My 2014 Raptor I got in Houston for $1000 below MSRP, Phil Long wanted $15,000 over MSRP. Like President HW Bush - I’m not gonna do it, not gonna do it.

Same experience here. I've purchased 2 Raptors and a GT350 since being in Colorado. Phil Long missed out on all... Last time I made an offer on a Raptor sitting on the lot they gave me the BS about how they are in high demand. Yet they still have 2017's sitting there. Sales guy was a complete tool. 45 days later or so he emails me telling me they would offer the truck at MSRP. This was in late 2018... Told him I had already bought my truck, but had a buddy looking for one.

Forwarded the email to my friend, he called the guy that afternoon and the sales exec denied ever offering the truck at MSRP and started the entire $15K over again with my friend. WTF?
