My 24 came with plates with holes in the spots that the cleats were attached in my 18. Dealer said that the holes could be used to attach tie-downs. I used the cleats constantly on my 18 so I bought a set from Amazon that were a match for what I had on the 18.

There’s a whole list of things missing or changed (not for the better) between my 18 and my 24. It’s clear that Ford is going cheap, which is going to lose them customers in the long run (IMHO). For a 93k price tag it’s disappointing to see that.
