Based on what I have read and watched, the two things that the '25 lost are the standard keypad, which is now a dealer installed option, and the lights surrounding the USB ports in the front compartment that houses the wireless charger.  Some physical buttons we also moved or removed.  The start/stop button is now on the left side of the steering wheel by the light controls.  Most of the buttons that were above the center screen are now between the volume and tuning knobs.  The only buttons still above the screen are parking assist and trail control.  There is no physical button for pro power, which I understand used to exist.  You have to use the screen to activate it.  Finally, my keys don't have the Raptor battery cover.  They just have the Ford blue oval.  None of the changes are a big deal to me.  The Raptor still feels like a solid upgrade from my GMC AT4X outside of the leather quality on the seats.</blockquote>
