Do you want the price of your raptor to stay up or do you want to see the market go down?
GEN1 truck were sold at very deep discounts back in the day but it has no effect on the resale of the used Raptor truck now. So what were you saying, come again?
Limited production and the awesomeness of this truck would keep the market values up not the greed and dollar signs and overinflated prices when they were new. The guy who buys it used a couple years from now does not give two ***** that the guy before him got bent over the barrel. The initial MSRP would be the starting point not the fluff money.

Riiiiight. That is why you are here fishing. They are all over at MSRP or below now.

And it's working I already have two inquries in 24 hrs. It seems like the price is a really sensitive subject for a lot of people, but honesty ask any raptor owner why they bought their raptor and they will tell you.

I was ready to purchase at MSRP but they want $5000 on top of MSRP. So unless you have an extra 5K don't waste your time.
Bingo. I think its time for you ,AustinPowers, to get packing. Plus you just pollute this forum with bait and switch garbage sales pitch and on top of it break the forum rules for advertisement.
If your prices are so HOT why do you bother coming here?

It’s inevidible that the values will drop, just as they always do with every production vehicle. Hellcats sold above MSRP year 1, at or below MSRP year 2, and well below MSRP year 3. Its the way of the world. 10% of dealers selling above MSRP won’t make a bit of difference to this equation

I find it hard to believe that people are able to get these under MSRP. Dealers with MY17 are still asking over sticker. During my hunt for a Raptor, I was going as far as looking for small dealers out in the middle of BFE to see if they had any...thinking that maybe they’d be interested in making a deal since they more than likely don’t sell a lot of vehicles. Well, my thought process was somewhat correct. Due to their low volume sales, some of these dealers didn’t even receive any allocations for the truck.

There was a dealer a dealer in Ga that had a Raptor available in Leadfoot. They were asking $5k over sticker. I told them that I’m interested and looking to pay nothing over MSRP; I tell them that up front so I don’t waste either of our times. Her response to my comment was “if you really want the truck then paying $5k over sticker shouldn’t matter.”. Uh, yeah, I want the truck but I don’t want it thaaaat bad.

As of yesterday, my patience paid off and I was able to secure an order and pay MSRP. I’m ok paying MSRP.
