Need some opinions on making a RR "Girly"

My wife bought a 2014 Ruby Red Raptor and she wants me to make it more girly... If it were Black or White that's one thing but what goes with Ruby Red to make it girly?

Told her I'll get her a girly plate frame or something but she wants more...

Paint it silver - then it will really be a girly truck. Paint a big MadCow on the tailgate and you'll have the total "GIRL PACKAGE"
