It trys to fool computer into thinking the intake air temp is lower than it is. no programing at all....just shit

I would up returning it. the cheap stuff always costs the most right! Funny enough when it was on max it worked great. Added a lil HP and sounded good too but i wanted it for more MPG and that wasnt working. Thanks again guys for the imput though!
