I assume he is talking about the piece that extends from headlight to headlight that is right above the bumper. Some of those big bumpers replace that part. Didn't Icecobra get one that replaced that piece?

Yeah he's referring to the piece below grill and above bumper. He picked up Raptor Fenders for his FX4 and needs Raptor's to fit properly
