Looks great!!!  She's probably waaay overdue for a shock rebuild or upgrade, even with low or average km's the seals are going to dry out over time, shock oil and nitrogen charge will leak and they won't be able to do their job, the extra weight of the bigger KO2's just makes it even worse.  I would definitely start with shocks, perfect time to upgrade to 3.0's and if possible Deaver springs and bump stops for the rear if you run it hard offroad; I wouldn't recommend replacing with new stock 2.5's as they are expensive here and probably outrageous there.  Rebuilding is a great option if you can do it yourself, or have a good shop that's done them before, shipping them out can be hit or miss no matter where you go so I'd consider that last.  Hope you get it sorted, good luck!!
