My "easy" mods done so far

It's been 2 weeks and man, I LOVE THIS TRUCK!

Haven't had too much time around work but so far I have been able to get my window tint, Tailgate Assist, Rigid Duallys and my line-x for the bed, rear wheel wells and the fender flares. I was initially worried about the flares as they were grey on my Tux Black truck, but after it was done I think they look great. The black flares also match the textured feel of the running boards. Here are some pics.

Line-X fender flares have a nice look, especially on black.
Had you thought to Line-X the grey on the bumpers to rid grey from that black beauty?

What are all those spots and specks all over your truck? I don't think I've ever seen a black truck dirty like that before! Hope the LineX holds up on the fenders for you. Your doing really well on the mods for only two weeks, what else is instore?

Yea, thanks! Love having construction in my neighborhood and dirt blowing everywhere! As for mods, I'd like to do a few more easy ones (headlights, taillights) and then maybe get into suspension or wheels.

What does the Tailgate Assist do?

The tailgate assist is the DeeZee hydrolic that attaches to the tailgate so you don't have to worry about it falling down. You just open it and let it gently come down. It's a really lazy add-on and I love it. There is a thread about it. Only 30-40$
