[QUOTE="mxer683, post: 1910494, member: 23026"] Still patiently waiting on bypasses but can't stop myself from continuously ******* with the truck in the meantime haha. Went ahead and tackled the header install this week and for anyone wondering, it's just as bad as everyone says. About 20 hours start to finish, including some fabrication of the exhaust but it was well worth it. The setup is actually quieter at idle than the stock manifolds with MBRP catback but screams when you open it up. The StainlessWorks headers are an absolute pita to install but the product itself is very well made with the exception of the clamps. Since the clamps are a little cheesy and instilled very little confidence I went ahead a tacked each connection to help prevent them from moving. The Corsa muffler for these trucks is an incredibly well engineered piece and really lives up to the hype. I also added Corsa's small universal resonator to drop the db's a bit but in hindsight I don't know that it was necessary considering how quiet the system is already. I also scooped up a Volant Powercore intake for cheap to try out but after fitting the intake box decided to ditch everything but the intake pipe. So if anyone is looking for a new powercore filter and/or box you're welcome to it! Lastly one of the front wheel bearing assemblies started howling after my last offroad expedition so I replaced both fronts with OEM. Maybe the next post will involve some new rear shocks, we will see........
