Update! Did it again! Same as before. I noticed that the throttle seems to blip on the start up and I get all of the warning lights. Waited for truck to shut down and it started just fine after

Taking the the PC off now!

Update-

Been about 9 days with no pedal commander and have had zero issues. Plenty of stop and go with quick trips similar to what was giving me issues

Definitely think it was the pedal commander now. I am in the two year window, so it will be interesting to see what they do with the warranty

Just wanted to update this. Have had zero issues with the pedal commander off of the truck.

I sent it in for warranty. Relatively painless and they were responsive. this is what they sent me back:

“We have refreshed the mapping on your unit as the last mapping created a misconnection signal from the unit itself to the throttle body connection. We have also tested the pins to make sure that they were not pinched together and that the correct amount of current flows through them. We have also checked the wires that are connected inside the unit and had found that they had come loose from the unit itself therefore we have secured the wires back into place and modified the manufacturing to ensure that the wires will not come loose again. “

I honestly have gotten used to it without the pedal commander and switching it into sport mode when needed. Probably won’t be putting this back on my truck.
