Muffler to Y pipe question

I just got a Borla cat back system (#140383) and doing a pre inspection on my truck. I can see rust on the band clamp at the muffler end and on the pipe area where the clamp is. The pipe Im talking about is the one with the flange at the Y pipe end and the muffler slips into at the other.

I dont know if I have to replace it but, if I do I would like to do it the same time I in install the exhaust. Does anyone know what that part is called, what part number it is, or how to find either of those?

I've been searching online for over an hour now and can't find anything on it. It's going to be 60 around here this Sat and thats when Im going to install the system.

if it's rusty it's not stainless if it is it will rub off. probably just rust from the clamp nothing to worry about. put some amsoil on the clamp before installing it this time.

I have the borla stinger cat-back & when installing I seen what ur describing. It's nothing that will hurt it

Lesser grade stainless will show some rust spots.
