I really wanted to sleeve the holes but decided to test first without and redesign if I found the material lacking. Main concern without a sleeve would be end users over tightening the bolts and splitting the bracket. Also my plan all along with the internal curve was to match the factory but felt it was adding too much material without any benefits in my simulated stress tests. That and I plan to have some brackets CNC’d out of aluminum and would have been more expensive. I might still close the gap if it doesn’t add too much in cost. Definitely agree with security hardware if I leave the truck somewhere less than friendly. As for the printers, I’m using the X1C from bambu labs. A few mods done to keep the camber temp above 60c. Otherwise really good printers! Appreciate the feedback! If you want some to test out I’m willing to send some over for free.</blockquote>
