So I went over and kick the other side center cap and it just came off..when I picked it up notice is was just a cap.. it was not boilt in..

Any solution for this? super glue? or aftermarket center cap?

you could always cut the caps down a little to sit flush with the wheel then do that he ^^^^^^ did and use something to secure it to the wheel that would be pretty cool
