Could anybody point me in the right direction to a DIY installation of the Mazulla Offroad Radius bumper? Any thread out there that I might have missed? Didn't quite find any write-up thread on the forum. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Call Mazzulla

@svt_ivan I do have that bumper but since I live so close to their shop, I had Chris and the guys personally install it. I believe it's pretty straight forward, basically just cutting the frame horns. I would imagine that the video that @LEEHWCAP of the RPG install would apply pretty nicely.

Also, like @oxfordraptor said, you could always call Mazzulla at the shop. Chris Mazzulla is a great guy and would do his best to walk you through the install I'm sure. His assistant guy will answer the call but I would ask to speak with Chris himself.

Beat of Luck man! Your going to love it! I know I do. Really changes up the look of the truck and has help up great. I get a ton of compliments on it. Post pics when you've got it on. Don't be afraid to PM if I can help out in any way.

I've installed two of them. Small obstacles, but pretty easy to install. What part do you have a question on? I'd be happy to help.

Here are a couple pics they sent. You will see the bumper slides inside the frame. Not around it. You will need to modify the holes in the frame a bit by drilling. And there are those two metal pieces made to I believe support your safety hood latch. They are marked Divers and Passenger sides. It's been a while since I've done the last one, but I hope this helps a little bit. Call me if you have any questions. 818.400.4020

So in the bottom pictures it looks like I'm doing a cut straight down the frame instead of down and then in an angle like the vid shows. Am I right, with just doing a vertical cut?
