Matte Wheels

I’m trying to decide between matte wheels and gloss wheels. Are matte wheels harder to keep clean, more prone to staining or anything else? I’ve never had matte wheels before.

Been my experience that matte is easier overall. Brake dust turns gloss matte pretty quick. If you wash every few days already gloss black on a black teuck is best. Matte looks best on other colors.

My $0.02 is worth what you paid for it.

Matte is matte then ****** brake dust shiny

I roll Matte Black 20's. I get ostrisized for it cuz of the 20's but I'm still trying to cash in @Nex 'S $0.02.....alas, maybe one day

I run matte black on my current truck and on my last few, always easy to clean and I have not had issues with staining or fading.

I'd avoid gloss. They somehow always look dirty and scratched, and are just a bling fad. The matte look (satin) IMO is cleaner.

Another vote for matte/satin - much more visually low maintenance vs gloss. Both finishes should be just as durable, you'll just notice the grime on gloss minutes after being washed.
