That's odd, most dealers prefer if you finance it through a finance company that they setup. That way they get an extra kickback. If you pay cash, they lose that. So to sell to you for less because paid cash, makes no sense. Seems like a red flag to me.I always find my best rate and then go to the dealer and tell them to beat it and I will go through them instead. My raptor is financed at 1.64% because of that. If that can't beat it, and you want to be nice, have them match it. If they can't, go elsewhere.
