I replaced them on my 2019 Raptor with McGards from Summit Racing. $119 for the set in black and I kept them for my 2021 Raptor. Well worth it to not have to hassle with the outer shell spinning on the OEM nuts and then chiseling them off. Someone here had to do it on a bunch and it sold me on the McGards.

I also need to replace mine on my 2018. Do you remember the part# on the McGards?

I just found myself stuck in the middle of nowhere with a flat tire and couldn’t get the spare on due to this issue. I was not happy. Don’t procrastinate like me and then find yourself royally screwed. Change those lug nuts now. I went with Gorillas.

According to McGard's application guide for a 2021 F-150, it says item 64074 (the same item @JasonSTL listed in his screenshot) fits.
