I don't know how to describe it... when i go over a deep crak in the road or a pot hole the sups continues to bounce. Not one firm thump but several decreasing thumps. Like i hit 3 or 4 cracks not one. It bugs me a bit as i do tons of city driving. Ive read different springs are the fix for this. Any other thoughts?

The very first thing I noticed on my first drive was there was no bounce. Hit the brakes at a stop sign and one dip as it stopped and then still.

Check your shocks. First, make sure they're still there. Others here have discovered that their rear shocks are vulnerable to theft. If they're still there, and I hope they are, inspect them to see if there is any hydraulic fluid in evidence. If your shocks are oily, they've suffered an internal failure.

I believe you are talking about the Raptor shake or bounce. Its when the rear passes over bumps in the road and it has a rubbery feel to it. If that is the feeling then you should look into a new pair of rear springs. Either Deaver, RPG (National) or WSI springs. That should make the rear of the truck settle down. But do your homework. Theres currently a thread about "springs and bumpstops" in the Suspension Discussion Area.
