I have 200 miles on my Raptor and the drivers side door is rattling at the back edge. From reading on here I feel it's the locking rod. It sounds like metal tapping on metal. Not the seal. So for y'all that have fixed this how did you do it with what material and how do you remove the door panel without damaging it and developing even more rattles. I HATE RATTLES!!!!!

Ford replaced my door latches under warranty this week. Both Driver and Passenger side were doing what you described. No problems now and Truck is tight again. Mine started after some high speed off road driving down a washed out road initially. No more rattles now though.

Just take your muffler off. Yup. That'll do.

This helps find every rattle your truck possibly could have, this is how my truck is right now, I should know, only rattles are the trim around the shifter, and the auxiliary box, everything else has worked itself out by now

Oh, and the weekly rattle, every week I have a new rattle, and by the end of the week it's gone
