SOLD

Up for sale is a Long Teavel Bedcage Setup. Package Includes:

-Fully Tig Welded Bedcage
-Fox 3.0 Triple Bypass Shocks - 18" Travel
-Deaver +2 Springs
-Fox 2.5" Bump Stops
-Bump Cans Incorporated into Cage
-Extended Leaf Shackles.

$4,500 takes the setup.

Willing to ship or I can bring to TRR

A couple things.... This is obviously a weld in only kit. The bedcage was built a little too high in my truck so before it goes into the next truck, it should be cut down 1-2". That would be very basic to do. With cutting down the cage, the bump cans will need to be raised and this will require some minor fabrication. No more than 2-3 hours for anyone with skills. You will also need to tab your rear housing for new shock mounts and cut your bed for shock and bump stop openings. Once those changes are made, this kit should pull 17"-18" of rear wheel travel.

Here's how it sits today

Leafs still have plenty of life in them:

There are two frame mounting points on each side. This is the forward mount on top of the stock upper shock mount. You can see how simple it would be to cut down to size.

Rear mount... This doesn't get cut shorter, just welded lower on the frame.

This bedcage has served me very well and has proved to be pretty damn indestructible.

Sorry Guys, but I see to many weak points in the design and to mush superfluous adons that concentrate twisting forces at the weakest point.
Beautiful weld so.

Edit: I guess I'll answer intelligently but first off, I really appreciate you ******** on my for sale thread in the first few posts. It actually gives me a chance to talk the bedcage up. Thanks. I will speak from experience and maybe some others can chime in who I've personally hit the dirt with. I haven't been soft on my truck and have gone through multiple prototype parts that just didn't hold up. That's why they're not on my truck anymore. But one thing that we all joke about in our circle is how this damn bedcage is one tough little structure. No stress cracks on any welds and it's proved to be a monster. Weld this thing in properly and you will run cirlces around stock or lightly modified raptors in whoops that make you go uh' oh. Again, thank you for your input.

This is a very standard design for bedcages that are tried and true. Nothing new here except very clean fab work.

First of: My apologies for not having paid attention to the fact that this is a for sale thread; I had been looking at the design and did not pay proper attention to commentating.
Second: if your set up held up well in heavy off road use it emphasizes my point of superfluous cross bracing.
