Whos saying you need to use the airbags when going offroad? Someone’s looking to prevent suspension sag when towing within the trucks limits, maybe you want better clearance from the front end for looks or offroad reasons & add geiser or eibach springs but don’t feel the need to spring for $1300 deavers + the supporting hardware/bump stops when they’ll only be using the truck offroad part of the time AND - apparently even those who have purchased deavers for similar purposes find that eventually the Deaver springs snagged themselves despite all intents/purposes for that not to happen.
