LineX installed, now tailgate won't latch

I had LineX bedliner sprayed in on Friday.
Left tailgate open as advised.
Went to close it today and have to SLAM it to shut, and then it doesn't align correctly.

Anyone else had this issue ?

Also they installed their "LINE-X Warranty Tag" inside the bed.
The tag came off easily, but left a gooey adhesive mess behind it.

Not to mention they installed one of the corner tie-downs backwards.

Looks like I'll be making a trip back to the dealer

There's another thread here about the warranty tag. After insisting, Linex removed it and resprayed over that location. Search around here, I just read it today.

They might have left the rubber pad on the bed of the truck where it contacts the tailgate. Added depth of the linex can cause that.

My tailgate closed and latched normal after they put it on. Definitely take it up there and have them fix it.
