For one complete set of four fuses its a whopping $4.46. Unfortunately their shipping rates are pretty high. I bought 5 of each for $22.30 plus #13.95 in shipping.

They recently had a free S&H promotion as well (you had to order at least $x.xx worth of parts, can't recall the exact dollar amount though). Might be worth calling their parts department and speaking with one of the reps...

Long story short, this past weekend I popped the 30a fuse protecting upfitter switch #2 when messing with my Viair compressor install.

I noticed right away that the upfitter light still lit, even though the fuse was blown. Duly noted; the amber light in the switch isn't meant to be used to diagnose.

No biggie right? Just go to the auto parts store and get a new fuse and be done with it. Right? Not so fast; I went to three local auto parts stores and came up totally empty. Two of the store's help desk looked at me crosseyed when I put the blown fuse in their hand. Uh oh... do we really have to get these from Ford directly? Might be kinda important to know for those of us who like to disappear into the desert for a few days at a time.

Here's a mostly complete* list of the fuses in our panels (2010 Raptor 5.4. I can't speak for later models or models with the 6.2). I purchased two of each size from my Ford dealer, to make sure I have backups if/when needed. 16 fuses cost me $60, if you can believe that (and that was after the parts guy took pity on me and discounted them a bit from retail, and after looking online I think he REALLY screwed up the discount too :wow. You might want to stock up/sort this out for yourself, just in case...

I have to believe FordParts.com is WAY wrong on their list prices. When you see these bits, you'll be amazed they're even getting $5 for the miniblades; these things look like they should be around 40cents each.

*By mostly complete I mean to say that there's one fuse not covered in this list. Its a 25amp fuse used to protect the electrical fans. The parts guy couldn't find it called out on any parts list in Ford's system, although its clearly marked as a 25amp in our owner's manual. The good news, I guess, is that the base is exactly the same as the other 'square' fuses, so I guess if it pops on the trail a 20 or 30 could be used as backup.

So it seems that my light blew the upfitter fuse #3. Went to get some cause I thought that the older mini fuses wouldnt fit shit they are costly! So I looked at the older style mini and held it to the newer style mini and they are the same size just the older is taller. So, if you guys need a fuse the older ones still work fine. and since I have 2500 on the older style Im all set now. Heres a pic.
