No, Enlighten me. I stated that ford does not lease the raptor, But that some how that turned in to I don't understand leasing... And I must have made 6 car salesmen very happy. Well If I know what the residual is, money factor is for A tier credit, negotiate a price well below invoice before incentives and put multiple security deposits down to buy down the money factor, I would say I have a pretty good handle on what I'm doing.... Maybe I could teach you a thing to two...
raptor lovers... while i myself luv some good drama and fighting come on dudes. have a beer.

The fact that you think you have to lease thru Ford pretty much says it all.

When you lease thru "Ford", you are actually leasing thru Ford credit, (like a bank)

You can lease thru ANY bank.

Did you shop around for better residual rates or money factors (interest rate) in your previous leases?????

Apparently not, if you think you can only lease thru the manufacturer.

But I'm sure you took them to the cleaners with your previous leases!

Leasing these is the absolute best way to go right now. You will have a limited length of ownership and maintain warranty. Warranty is a necessity on these ecoboost engines. This will satisfy you until the new engine is ready. Then, you should BUY that one. Doing so will mean that you don't take the massive depreciation hit... much like the 5.4 Raptors did when the 6.2 engine became available in them.

What is the new engine? Is it boosted?
