Corp office (customer service) a call...just google it....I was also having problem with my recall (covered,but not covered because FORD installed a Whipple on it when new)and getting total run around....so called them...they were really good and actually did a 3 way call with my Ford Dealer....didnt solve my problem,but it was explained so I could understand...Also,if your just listening to the dealer "service advisor" might want to get to a higher up....thats what my call to FMC did...got me to someone that knew what they were talking about.Good luck....!</blockquote>
