Love my kooks headers. Did a lot of (internet) research before buying. No regrets whatsoever. Weld quality was a primary factor.

My truck wasn't built or tuned by JDM but those guys have been very helpful to me in the past when reaching out with questions.

I would also note that "well respected" and "Florida"... bit of an oxymoron IMO. Just saying.

But hey, that's just one guy talking shit on the internet, you know what I mean?

I am still on the fence as to whether or not I will buy a Raptor in the next year but I am going to be honest here. This forum has thus far been a huge turnoff for me with respect to the Raptor community. In my 20 years on internet enthusiast boards I have never come across a community of so many insecure cry babies as this. Seriously. I mean, we have all heard the jokes about guys with big trucks compensating and you guys all seem intent on proving it. Jesus Christ, I seriously don't want to be lumped in with you lot...

I agree, its the worst community I have ever experienced online. It is just awful. I tell myself to never come back here, but I love my truck and get bored sometimes...

The GREEN cats are supposed to prevent the CEL from coming on! He put about 40-50 miles on it so far with out issue. I'll keep track of that and make sure it stays that way!

Also interested in this, would like to keep from check engine lights coming on, as this'll cause issues for me down the line, the state still does E-checks where i live to renew plates. Plus would hate to give Ford any ammo to cause difficulties with warranty work in the future.

As of today over 400 miles no codes. In my experience the codes will come on with in the first 100-200 miles of driving, so we are past that point!

Kooks developed these GREEN cats with GSI because of the emissions testing that is growing state by state and day by day. They remain high flow and still give the performance you see from other aftermarket high flow cats to boot!

most of the times its russians and trolls. lol. but really its in all fun. i think the main problem are people taking shit to serious. and yes every little thing is a complaint but what isnt these days right. if you dont take it to heart its just entertainment with a liitle good info on truck shit

Kooks' Green cats are way ahead of SW quality, I've had so many SW cats blow apart on high power applications.

All the sound comes from the mufflers, The down pipes just amplify it.

Is this a joke?

SW uses Random Tech cats for starters, they do not make their own cats like you mentioned - and RT is one of the best catalytic converter makers in the business :ROFLJest:

I thought JDM was a good shop?:supergay:
