Thanks man! I think that's it! I think I got the game plan now! I think I'll take it back to the shop that did it and tell them to do this (better be free). I would try, but my lack of knowledge on this stuff is severe...but I think the way that you broke it down, I understand what to tell them to do.

Really appreciate the help from all the guys on here and for being patient with me. I'll keep you guys updated on the results! I'm really hoping to get the clean sound that all you guys describe!
