I'm more than capable of fixing this myself but to me it's the principle of the whole process.
It's the first group buy that I've ever been involved with and I believe it's a quality component and they have stated that they'll stand behind it and replace it if necessary so I do appreciate that, however, the way this has been handled is in my opinion terrible, really poor overall customer service.
Maybe I didn't understand but I was under the impression that this was a well thought out design.
It is prudent that the manufacturer take into consideration variables that could cause issues with their product prior to releasing it to the public.
I can understand that we're all human and mistakes or oversights do happen but that's also when the responsible party should step up to the plate and not just take a hiatus.
Anyways I guess I'll take the measurements and reply back to them to see what's the next step.
