Ok, so mine has been on order since December 2019 and I have not received it yet.  How would I use this template.  I have sent a couple of email to Steve and a phone call this morning with no response yet.  Not sure what's going on, but starting to get frustrated.  I know this is going to be great and I definitely need it, so I hope they get this cleared up soon.
