It just happened to me and wish I would have found this thread earlier. In any event I’m not that mad about it since the torque arm works. I installed it in my driveway and though there are parts of the install I wish were easier going at it alone, they really have done a nice job putting it together and the damn thing is solid. So I sent Steve an email, will replace my seal, and put it right back on once they provide the fix.
