Spyder manufacturing company as usual keep going strong. These guys know the real importance of the automotive lighting. As you probably already know, the Spyder manufacturing company offers a good lineup of tail lights in different colors and shapes. A few days ago, the manufacturer finally released LED tail lights in red-clear. This red-clear set for sure will be a great addition to their already existing collection of black, smoke, smoke-red, chrome and clear tail lights. These advanced LED tail lights are specifically designed to allow you see better and make your vehicle more conspicuous.

Check out this great example of continuous work of the Spyder craftsman:

They really didn't show us "how well these tail lights perform"
So they separated the functions of the lights?
Top is turn only and bottom section is your parking and brake lights only?
Or did Robert get his info mixed up.
Wish it was a better video of it actually in action.

I have these in black with clear lens and they are great. Quality lights with resistors built in and secured to the housing. My Spec D's failed within 4 months.

This is just a small presentation video from the manufacturer. We also have a complete installation video of the Spyder LED lights. It also shows how they light up: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MAoobrOesSA

My spec d tails have failed after about 8 months. Half the LEDs pooped out. Gonna send em back hopefully for a refund. Putting the stockers back in and considering the spyders.

A little over a year now but there is an obvious build quality between the two.

I'm just curious how they are holding up as I don't see many that are using them. Just looking at pictures I agree the Spyder lights appear to be built much better. From what I see they only have a 90 day warranty or is it one year? I have seen both; just don't want to through away my money.
