My 23 is bone stock except a res delete. Raced my buddies 24 with a whipple. He pulled me just out to front of my truck. Not a big difference at all except the whine. WASTE of money until tuning comes out.You take a speed limiter off of a stock r and it's the same as a whipple in current tune standings I'll bet.
