I have worked with several customers on these types of behind-the-grille builds and have never had someone report back that they were unhappy with it. I know several of them have even posted on this forum with their pics and experience, too. Yes, you'll lose some light to the grille, but if you are running powerful lights (ie Baja Designs), you likely won't miss that light in real time while you're using them.Give me a call or text me and I would be happy to run through options, answer your questions, and get you set up with some discounts.
