Not sure if anyone has seen this kit from JL, but it's basically everything you need to convert your F150 (standard audio or premium) to a full JL system (with the addition of their Stealthbox).

unfortunately it is not everything you need. you will need a sub, box, and rear speakers. the kit just has mounting brackets for the amp and crossovers. it is a great start, but you will be needing to add the other items to make it complete
